I enjoyed the retro games machine and table football in the public areas. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and the location was good for concerts.
The air conditioning did not work and the room was too warm for comfort.

the beds were really comfortable.
the lack of on-site parking was a bit inconvenient it says there is free parking but there isn't i had to use a car park down the street paying £6 for 24 hours this was a slight drawback.

there is no dedicated room service available nevertheless i was able to order food to take into my room this setup worked well for me and provided flexibility in my dining arrangements i could enjoy meals in the room.

The hotel features a modern design with unique lighting I found appealing. A sensor activated lights underneath the bed, very useful at night. The television had a good size screen and clear reception. I found foosball and games in the bar area, this created a sociable environment.
I noticed slight wear in the room, specifically some minor marks on the bathroom sink.
